What Types of Consumer Driven Health Plans are Offered?

There are different names for the health accounts at the core of most Consumer Driven Health Plans. Some are different names for basically the same thing. Other names reflect substantive differences. To complicate matters, the meanings of some names are changing as new legislation is passed and as companies innovate.
